Annual Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Per Article II, Section 4, of the IHHPA By Laws, Notice of Annual Meeting, written or printed
notice stating the place, day and hour of the meeting, . . . shall be delivered not less than
fourteen (14) days before the date of the meeting . . . An acceptable notice could . . . be printed
in the IHHPA Newsletter.

The 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Eldora
Indoor Courts / Putt Mossman Arena.  Deb Wiese is providing loose meat sandwiches.  Bring a
side or dessert to share.  Elections for the following offices will be held at the 2025 Annual
Meeting:  President, first vice president, third vice president and IHHPA Regional Director each
office for a two-year term.  Election for the Newsletter Editor shall also be held.

Per Article XII of the IHHPA Constitution (Amendments), (the) constitution and by-laws may be
changed, altered or amended in any lawfully called and properly assembled meeting of the
association membership only by the affirmative vote of the members present by a two-thirds
(2/3) majority. Notice of proposed amendments shall be printed in the IHHPA Newsletter
distributed the month prior to the scheduled Annual Meeting of the membership.
The following proposed amendment shall be submitted for approval at the 2025 Annual
Meeting:
1. Delete ARTICLE IV (OFFICERS) SECTION 10 (ELECTED POSITIONS) in its entirety.  Article IV,
Section 10 currently reads as follows:  A public relations officer and a youth director shall be
elected by the membership to two-year terms, the elections to be held in even numbered years.
2. Amend Article IV Section 6 (Vice Presidents) to add Youth Director to the Third Vice
President’s responsibilities.  The last sentence in Section 6 is proposed to read as follows.
Additional language is in bold text:
Third Vice President shall serve as Youth Director, and is also responsible for organizing the
IHHPA Annual Meeting, including meeting location, food provider and solicit door prizes
